Mozolowski & Murray, Scotland's leading glass and timber specialist are looking for an enthusiastic and talented HNC/HND qualified Architectural Technician to join a well-established team. We specialise in bespoke hardwood conservatories, orangeries and extensions.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4pm

Mainly office based with the occasional site visit when required.

Full UK Driving Licence required

Salary: 40k

Start Date - TBC

Key accountabilities include but not limited to:

Carry out AutoCAD based drawing tasks as appropriate, producing drawings from site surveys.

Producing planning and building warrant applications.

Good knowledge of Scottish Building Regulations will also be key for the successful Architectural Technician.

Preparation of technical & construction drawings, details & specifications suitable for accompanying building warrant applications and manufacture.

Communicating with clients.

Liaising with building control and planning.

Essential skills and experience:

Comprehensive knowledge of the Scottish building regulations.

Proficient in AutoCAD.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

4+ years' experience working as an Architectural Technician / Technologist.

Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

Be well motivated and self-disciplined.

Following company procedures and those concerning quality assurance.

Liaise and communicate with the Directors, installation team and factory personnel.
