We are currently looking for an aspiring Barista Supervisor to join our team. The position starts with 1 month and a half as a barista, in order to fully understand our environment, our standards, our team at same time you showing your skills. Then, you will progress to a supervisory position, with more day-to-day responsibilities.

Phase 1 - Barista:
Preparation of coffees, hot drinks and cold drinks
Order taking, customer service, warm atmosphere
Maintaining the cleanliness, organization and image of the coffee shop
Reception and storage of stocks (milk, drinks, etc.)
Control of expiry dates and proper rotation of products
Follow-up of hygiene procedures and assistance with order management
Clean 'as you go' without leaving job for others to do - you are in charge of' your stage' when on duty and needs to be clean and tidy.
Phase 2 - Missions of the Coffee Supervisor:
Supervision of the team and the smooth running of the service
Training and follow-up of new baristas
Management of hygiene documents/docs
Maintenance of coffee equipment and follow-up of any repairs
Referent and supportive in the absence of the manager
Maintaining a clean, fluid and quality environment
Profile sought:
1 year of experience in coffee shop, hotel or customer service (desired)
Dynamic, organized, voluntary
Comfortable taking initiative and coaching a small team
Good communicator, attentive, persistent and rigorous
Attention to detail and high quality standards
Neat, professional presentation
Conditions:
Contract: part time with the possibility to be full-time soon.
Opening hours: Day (6/8 hours/day) - Weekend availability
Two days off per week
25-30h per week
