Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies as needed.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to enhance service quality.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus that reflect current trends.
Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.
Skills
Strong background in hospitality with experience in supervising teams.
Culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation and production processes.
Experience in a coffee shop, hotel, or similar environment is advantageous.
