Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Green Keeper to maintain and enhance the appearance of our forward-thinking woodland golf course on the outskirts of Hereford. This role involves performing a variety of horticultural and maintenance tasks to ensure the grounds remain healthy, attractive, and well-kept. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and landscape maintenance, with some experience in using mechanical and power tools. This position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals looking to contribute to outdoor upkeep on a part-time basis.

The role will require you too:

Conduct routine landscape maintenance including mowing Setting up the course , changing holes/tee's, raking bunkers, switch and brush greens Use power tools and machinery such as tractors, mowers, blowers and strimmer's Assist with construction or renovation projects related to landscape development Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of tools and work areas being able to work in a team or on your own holding a full driving license

Experience

Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred Basic understanding of horticultural principles and plant care techniques Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina Attention to detail in maintaining grounds and equipment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per year

Expected hours: 16 per week
