Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Greenkeeper. This role involves performing a variety of golf course maintenance work, ensuring the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of the course. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and experience with gardening, construction, and the use of power tools. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about outdoor work and contribute to presenting the golf course to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Carry out landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilising Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment such as large fairway/ rough mowers, hand mowers and other grass cutting equipment. Assist with construction-related tasks such as installing features or structures within outdoor spaces Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas to adhere to safety standards Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timeframes

Skills

Proven experience in geenkeeping on golf courses. Good skills with attention to detail Physical fitness suitable for outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude towards safety protocols. Minimum Qual. NVQ2 and Driving Experience

Pay: 25,500.00-28,000.00 per year
