An IT Service Desk post in Conwy's award-winning service has a vacancy. You will take on an existing office based role, in our flagship modern build 'Coed Pella' in Colwyn Bay.


Focusing on developing our service desk provision through industry standards and best practice. You will also build on the work already carried out by the team.


Keen to develop and assist in the delivery of IT & Digital Services to the Council's 2500+ users? We also offer the following - a career progression structure, the opportunity to study for an IT Degree, industry standard and other qualifications, buddying and skills share.
