Summary
We require someone who an amazing communicator, organised and loves working in a caring professional working environment. As a treatment coordinator and part of the management team at TAHA Dental Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from initial consultation to treatment completion. This position is vital in supporting our mission to deliver outstanding dental and aesthetic care while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities
Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure all necessary information is communicated effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the treatment calendar efficiently.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure all treatments are executed smoothly.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation throughout the treatment process.
Support marketing initiatives to promote services and enhance patient engagement.
Become involved in day to day management of clinic and staff care.
Oversee our patient denplan lists and grow our memberships.
Requirements
Must have full UK GDC registration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
