About the Role

As the Associate Manger - CRM & Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting our global franchisees and partners with CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and digital performance. You will lead on digital marketing best practices, audit Google Analytics implementations, and act as a strategic advisor to ensure our partners execute high-performing, data-driven marketing campaigns aligned with our brand and commercial objectives.

What You'll Do

Partner & Franchisee Support Act as the primary point of contact for franchisee and partner CRM and digital marketing queries. Ensure alignment of CRM and digital strategies across markets. Share best practices, toolkits, and playbooks to drive performance and consistency. Deliver training and workshops on digital marketing trends, CRM utilisation, and data insights.

CRM Management & Strategy

Support partners in the planning and execution of CRM campaigns, including email marketing, automation workflows, segmentation, and customer journeys. Monitor CRM performance across markets and recommend optimisations. Ensure GDPR and local compliance across CRM activities.

Digital Marketing & Performance

Advise franchisees and partners on SEO, paid media, social media, and conversion optimisation. Provide strategic recommendations for digital channel mix tailored to local market needs. Collaborate with local teams to roll out campaigns effectively and in line with brand strategy.

Analytics & Auditing

Conduct regular audits of Google Analytics (GA4), ensuring proper tracking setup, goal configuration, and data integrity. Generate actionable insights from web traffic and campaign data to inform strategy. Build and share dashboards and reports with internal stakeholders and partners

Who You Are

Proven experience in a CRM and digital marketing role, ideally within an international or franchise model. Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and email marketing automation. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and digital performance reporting tools. Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, display, social, and retargeting. Ability to manage stakeholders across regions with sensitivity to cultural and market differences. Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills. Data-driven mindset with a passion for improving customer experience and marketing effectiveness. Google Analytics certification.
