Job Purpose


The primary purpose of the role is to grow and develop existing client relationships. You will take customers who have placed orders with us and transform them into key accounts. This role requires a proactive, resilient individual who thrives in a high-pressure, numbers-driven environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities



Develop and nurture client relationships to drive business growth. Track and achieve personal sales targets. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) Generate quotations and diligently follow up on inquiries. Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction. Uphold our core company values. Transform initial client engagements into long-term, recurring revenue streams. Liaise with customers and suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the business.

Reporting and Accountability


You will report to the Commercial Director and work closely with other sales team members. You are expected to contribute to the broader strategic development of the business and be a role model demonstrating Claro Print's values.

Requirements



Previous sales experience is required Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Team player and a fast learner with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
