Responsibilities
Proactively generate leads and close new business in the B2B sector.
Present and sell commercial refrigeration and storage solutions tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accurately forecast sales, track activity in CRM, and report performance.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands to inform product development.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial equipment.
Strong understanding of cold chain systems and storage infrastructure is a plus.
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Spanish is highly desirable but not essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
