About the role - Banqueting Manager

Main duties

To manage the waiting staff so that the Personal Wedding Manager can devote their time to running an event Lead, train, and motivate the Front of House team Plan and deliver exceptional service for weddings and other events To assist with rota completion and deal with any Front of House staffing issues To ensure the waiting team have a good knowledge of food and beverages served at each event To drive service excellence and ensure smooth running of food and canape service and uphold quality standards To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all waiting duties along with monthly deep cleans

. Complete a monthly stock takes as required by the Venue Manager


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: Up to 27,000.00 per year
