Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role requires a leader who can effectively manage a team, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and create an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring high levels of service and hospitality. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards. Implement and enforce food safety regulations and practices within the bar environment. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Develop and train staff in food production techniques, serving methods, and customer service skills. Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring efficient bar operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising roles within a restaurant or bar setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous. Barista experience is a plus, enhancing our beverage offerings.
