We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front of house area, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing a team and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction within our restaurant environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate activities of front of house staff to ensure smooth operations. Assist in training new employees on service standards, food safety protocols, and company policies. Provide support to the team during busy periods, including bartending and food preparation as needed. Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns promptly to enhance customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area to meet health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation. Implement effective team management strategies to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary operations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in bartending A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
