to join our front-of-house team as

Baristas/ Bar Staff / Waiters/Waitresses

. Both

part-time and full-time

roles are available, with flexible hours to suit the right candidates.

Duties

Preparing items off a light bite menu e.g. Cold sandwiches, paninis and soup Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards throughout the process. Be able to serve alcoholic drinks Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards before serving. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while maintaining high service standards. Assisting in setting up for functions and events

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine interactions with guests. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and occasional events Experience in kitchen operations or culinary training is a plus but not essential. Hourly Pay - Pay rate discussed on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Graduate

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 37.50 per week
