Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, soft drinks, and specialised drinks, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality
Assist with food preparation and presentation where necessary, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the bar area
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving drinks promptly, and attending to customer needs with professionalism
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces in accordance with food safety standards
Manage stock levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Support team members in a collaborative environment to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Requirements
Previous experience in a hospitality setting such as hotels, or bars is essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to engage with customers effectively
Leadership or supervising experience is desirable for those interested in advancing within the team
Ability to work flexibly across shifts including evenings and weekends as required
A proactive attitude towards teamwork and maintaining high standards of service
