Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a Golf Club house environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing a memorable experience for our guests. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry while working in a dynamic setting.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards. Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times. Handle transactions accurately using the till system. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers professionally and courteously. Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods through strong time management skills. Support team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable manner. Good time management skills to handle busy periods calmly and effectively. A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented approach are essential qualities for success in this role.
