Develop innovative drink menus that reflect current trends while catering to guest preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.

Skills
