Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff
Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of beverages.
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the premises.
Train new staff members on bar service protocols, safety procedures, and product knowledge.
Monitor sales performance, analyse financial reports, and implement strategies to optimise revenue.
Must be a prsonal licence holder
Organise staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while maintaining labour costs.
