Bar Supervisor/ Manager required for popular local pub Happy Valley Tap & Pizza.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this role, your role will be to help run the day-to-day operations of the bar and coordinate with the catering kitchen three days per week
MAIN DUTIES:
We would expect you to be confident and comfortable with the following:
- Supervising a small team of Staff
Cellar management skills
- Coordinating the Catering Operation
- Being flexible & readily available for absence cover
- Hosting our customers and ensuring excellent service standards, both for corporate events and general trade
- Opening and closing the bar independently
- Stock ordering and taking deliveries
- Communication with bookings, via email, phone and social media
- Social media posting - vital
- Cash handling and till reconciliation
Looking for a "warm" character to set a welcoming tone on our pub. Some flexibility in days working available.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
