We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Bar Manager

to lead our bar operations with professionalism and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily bar activities, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Duties



Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service during shifts Supervise and manage bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards across all aspects of food preparation and service Manage stock levels, order supplies, and maintain inventory control Develop innovative drink menus and promote special offers to enhance customer experience Assist with food preparation and cooking when necessary, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste Monitor customer interactions to uphold excellent hospitality standards Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with safety protocols

Skills



Proven supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant environment Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food production, food safety, and kitchen operations Familiarity with culinary techniques including food preparation and cooking Experience in serving beverages and hospitality services such as barista skills or hotel experience is desirable Leadership qualities with the ability to organise tasks efficiently under pressure Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff and customers confidently Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance in the hospitality sector

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 12.21-12.22 per hour
