Overview

Hustyns Hotel is preparing to launch its new restaurant and bar. We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager who can lead our bar operations, deliver excellent guest service, and help build a quality beverage experience within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth, high-standard service

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

Train, supervise and support bar staff

Manage bar stock: ordering, rotation, and inventory control

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and compliance

Assist with cocktail menu ideas, seasonal drinks and promotions

Support hotel events, functions and special occasions

Requirements

Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beer

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage busy service and resolve customer concerns professionally

Must hold a valid Personal Licence / alcohol licence

Reliable, well-presented, and guest-focused
