role based in Broadstairs, offering a minimum of 30 hours per week and regular weekend shifts.

What you'll do:

Prepare and serve high-quality speciality coffee and other beverages to our exacting standards. Create latte art consistently to enhance the customer experience. Dial in the coffee machine. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the bar. Maintain excellent knowledge of coffee, cocktails, and other drinks offered. Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment. Keep the bar and coffee area clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a barista (speciality coffee preferred) and/or bartender. Strong latte art skills (heart, rosetta, tulip as a minimum). Cocktail-making skills or willingness to learn. Great communication and teamwork abilities. Reliability and flexibility, including availability for weekend shifts. Passion for delivering excellent drinks and service.

Availability to start immediately.
