Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and ensuring customers have a positive experience. Previous experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation and customer service within a vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, matcha and speciality drinks Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently Take customer orders accurately and process transactions using the point-of-sale system Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and seating areas in accordance with food safety standards Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, addressing any questions or concerns promptly Follow health and safety regulations related to food safety and hygiene standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when required
