Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. With imminent plans to refurbish our bar area we are looking for someone who can confidently assist us in designing a brand new cocktail menu.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash and process transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is required Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of customers. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members. A genuine desire to help others, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
