Bid Support Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Bid Support Manager to take ownership of high-value, strategic bids. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing complex bidding processes and a track record of winning large contract deals. Part-time hours may be available.
What you'll be responsible for:
Manage the full lifecycle of bid proposals and presentations alongside the UK Sales team.
Gather, develop and refine content required for proposals
Analyse RFPs and RFIs to develop compliant and strategic response plans
Develop bid schedules, manage timelines and ensure all stakeholders meet deadlines
Write, edit and tailor proposal content to align with client specifications and company value propositions
Coordinate internal reviews and approvals for proposal content
Image sourcing
Maintain and improve a library of reusable content, case studies and templates
Collaborate with specific heads of departments for technical and specialist content
Ensure adherence to branding, formatting and overall quality standards
Support in post-bid debriefs and win/loss analysis to inform continuous improvement
This role is for you if you have:
Excellent attention to detail
Strong creative, strategic and organisational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
Strong design skills and knowledge of maintaining brand consistency
Proficient in Adobe Creative suite
