We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bistro Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding experience. This hands-on position involves managing supplier relationships, food and beverage service, social media presence, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage supplier ordering and inventory control to ensure consistent quality and cost efficiency
Oversee the daily food & beverage service, maintaining high standards of customer service
Lead and motivate a small team of staff, including training and scheduling
Handle social media accounts to promote specials, events, and engage with customers
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in line with regulations
Monitor financials, including sales, costs, and budgets
Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications:
Prior experience in restaurant or bistro management
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and quality food

Saturdays 11:45 - 22:30
