Bookkeeper / Management Accountant

Location: Lichfield (with occasional travel to sites across Staffordshire and Shropshire)

Salary: From 30,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Start Date: Immediate start available

The DHG Group is a collection of hospitality venues across Staffordshire and Shropshire. We are looking for a Bookkeeper / Management Accountant to join our finance team, based in our Lichfield office. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of dynamic hospitality businesses, supporting day-to-day finance operations and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Daily bookkeeping across multiple sites using Sage Preparing accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports Completing VAT returns in line with HMRC deadlines Performing bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance Supporting the preparation of year-end accounts Liaising with directors, venue managers, and other stakeholders Preparing payroll data for external processing

Ideal Candidate

Proficient in Sage accounting software (essential) Experience within the hospitality sector is desirable, though training can be provided Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
