Breakfast Chef / Lyme Regis
Job Description
We are an award-winning boutique hotel, situated along the Jurassic Coast, overlooking Lyme Bay and the famous Cobb harbour. Our menus from breakfast through to dinner use seasonal and local produce and imagination, whether it's a light lunch on the terrace, afternoon tea in the Orangery or a private candle light tasting menu in our Lookout Tower.
We're looking for a experienced, reliable Chef to run our Breakfast service. It can be a fast environment so you need to be highly organised and able to cope under a fast paced service.

You will be required to:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
Lyme Regis DT7 3HZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
breakfast chef: 2 years (required)
