Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests receive top-notch hospitality throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a passion for guest services, and the ability to upsell menu items effectively.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance the guest experience through effective upselling. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food preparation. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of basic maths for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards is advantageous. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly disposition. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure. A willingness to help colleagues in the kitchen or other areas as needed.
