We are seeking a reliable, proactive and highly organised Customer Services Co-ordinator to support daily operations and deliver exceptional service to tenants and visitors. This varied role involves handling enquiries, co-ordinating communications, supporting lease administration, and maintaining up-to-date records and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing tenant communications via phone, email, and post.
Conducting routine checks such as weekly fire alarm testing and meeting room readiness.
Creating and managing lease documents, licences, consent forms, and renewals.
Supporting tenant on-boarding with credit checks (using Credit Safe) and viewings of available premises.
Maintaining internal systems including Yardi, vacancy/activity schedules and the database to include production of mailmerge documentation.
Assisting with invoicing, debt chasing, and general administrative tasks.
Co-ordinating with marketing teams on website and social media updates
Performing light facilities tasks, including mail distribution and kitchen upkeep.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
