Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Corner & Bloom in Didsbury village. The role is for a assistant manager to work in a thriving cafe that has seen substantial growth since our launch in 2021. The cafe is open 7 days per week (9am-5pm), serving breakfast, all day brunch, lunch and homemade cakes.

Reporting to the cross sites manger, you will be responsible for driving the high energy, customer service and quality focus of the caffes front of house team. This position requires strong leadership skills, barista skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality food drink & service.

We will provide full training and guidance and are looking forward to working with you to achieve our goals and aims for our cafe.

On top of a competitive salary and great work hours with shifts finishing no later than 5pm normally. Staff also receive between 3,000 to 5,000 per year in tips.

Pay: 24,500.00-27,000.00 per year
