Duties
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining customer confidentiality.
Upsell products and services where appropriate, contributing to overall sales goals.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining phone etiquette at all times.
Skills
Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual or multilingual skills (especially in Spanish) are highly advantageous.
Knowledge of aesthetics and dermatology are highly valued
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
A proactive approach to upselling products and services during customer interactions.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and effectively
Ability to understand enquiry trends and raise flags when issues arise
