As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls related to current marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate information on marketing campaigns and services
Log customer enquiries and feedback using CRM systems
Support the marketing team with customer data collection and follow-ups
Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate team
Maintain a positive and engaging tone during all interactions
Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential - full training provided
