As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. You'll provide exceptional service, respond to queries, and help promote our clients' products and services over the phone. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Provide clear and helpful information to customers

Requirements
