Role Overview



As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. You'll provide exceptional service, respond to queries, and help promote our clients' products and services over the phone. This is an excellent entry-level role for someone looking to begin their career in customer service, marketing, or communications.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Provide clear and helpful information to customers Promote and explain marketing campaigns on behalf of clients Record customer data accurately and efficiently Meet daily and weekly call targets Follow company scripts and guidelines while maintaining a friendly and natural tone Escalate issues to senior staff when necessary

Requirements



Strong verbal communication skills and a polite phone manner Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Good listening and problem-solving abilities Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or call centres is helpful but not essential
