We are seeking a motivated Car Salesperson to join our dynamic team at Empire Cars Bedford. Located in Bedford, this role is vital in driving our mission to provide exceptional service and quality vehicles to our customers. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and market trends as well as services the business offers. Develop strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure customer expectations are met. Utilize online platforms to track leads and manage customer interactions. Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Support the smooth running of the office and workshop by stepping in when support is needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or automotive sales is essential. Strong sales management skills with a track record of meeting targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to effectively engage customers over the phone. Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
