Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. You will utilise your sales skills to drive sales and build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options. Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an organised sales environment, ensuring that all vehicles are presented in excellent condition. Manage customer inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions using software systems. Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly targets and objectives. Provide follow-up communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with sales management principles and techniques. Proficient in using software for managing customer relationships and sales data. A passion for cars and a desire to help customers find their ideal vehicle. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.

Pay: 1,200.00-3,500.00 per month
