We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Salesperson to join our dynamic team.

We have been established for over 25 years and are looking to grow our team.

We have the potential to offer great opportunity for a sales person with having 250-300 vehicles in group stock this is an exciting prospect. As we continue to positively grow we are keen to find the right people to join are team.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong ability to connect with customers. This role involves guiding potential buyers through the sales process, ensuring they find the right vehicle that meets their needs. The Car Salesperson will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits. Assist customers in the selection of vehicles, providing expert advice on options and financing. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest automotive trends, models, and technologies. Utilise upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Manage customer relationships through follow-up communications, ensuring ongoing satisfaction post-purchase. Organise and maintain sales records using relevant software tools for tracking performance metrics. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall dealership goals and objectives.

Experience

Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry, is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally and courteously. A background in sales management or related fields is beneficial but not essential.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
