Your ability to build rapport and trust will be key in upselling vehicles and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers. Maintain an organised sales environment, ensuring all vehicles are presented in excellent condition. Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions and manage leads effectively. Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle models.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage for managing customer relationships. A proactive approach to upselling and identifying customer needs.
