Rate of pay:

13.09 per hour

Key Accountabilities

Ensuring the safety of our client's staff, their buildings, their assets and the general public through continuous and effective security surveillance. Monitor and respond to CCTV activations ensuring the correct escalation process and reporting systems are followed. Ensuring that reports are captured accurately inline with the site reporting procedures. Answer inbound telephone calls professionally, quickly and effectively ensuring information is extracted and logged out of hours Ensure all tasks that are assigned are carried out to a high standard in line with company and customer requirements. Communicate with crime partners to alert of any crime or anti-social behaviour

Skills & Requirements

An ability to act calmly and make decisions in difficult/crisis situations and a fast paced environment Excellent command of English, both verbal and written Hold both SIA DS/SG AND CCTV License essential. An ability to write out incident reports for management/clients Be an excellent team player
