We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional meals to our guests while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Follow proper cooking techniques and presentation standards for all dishes served Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation and safety practices

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential, preferably in a restaurant setting Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking methods and cuisines Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for hygiene in the kitchen Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight our customers
