We have an exciting opportunity for a keen Chef de Partie (CDP) or Junior Sous to join our Kitchen Team here at Old Thorns Hotel & Resort.

The role will give you the opportunity to learn and develop in the kitchen, with good potential to progress within the company. You should have high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring food wastage is kept to a minimum.
You will be working in one of the many kitchens, be it our lively Sports Bar offering pub style food, our Kings Restaurant offering our residents breakfast and dinner or our banquet kitchens where we cater for up to 450 covers on a busy wedding or tribute night.
