We're looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Manager to lead one of our therapeutic children's homes in Altrincham. Working alongside a Responsible Individual with over 25 years of expertise in the sector, you'll have the support and autonomy to build a truly outstanding service.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading a multi-disciplinary team across care, education, and health Creating a warm, therapeutic environment where young people feel safe and supported Ensuring regulatory excellence, overseeing inspections, safeguarding, and care standards Driving staff development, performance, and wellbeing Acting as a visible, motivational, and values-driven leader who brings people together
What You'll Need

Experience managing or deputising in a children's home (essential) Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding A leadership style that inspires trust, accountability, and compassion Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards) A relentless commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 48,000.00-60,000.00 per year
