Calling all qualified social workers in the East Midlands area. Are you interested in a new challenge?
We are on the lookout for diligent and passionate team members who are HCPC registered and want to join our fostering team. You\'ll be working alongside other motivated team members to recruit, assess, train and support foster carers providing a whole range of foster care to children requiring placements.
You should apply for this role if:
- you have experience of assessing new foster carers\' suitability and updating Form Fs for existing carers
- you feel passionate about improving the services to children \'Looked After\' and their carers
- you are confident in supervising and managing foster care placements in accordance with the UK National Standards for Foster Care, Code of Practice and Fostering Services Regulations
- you are able to produce (and keep up to date) reports detailing both initial and continuing approvals, for presentation to the relevant panels
