About the Role
Are you an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager with a strong background in supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs? If you're ready for a new challenge and want to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of our specialist homes. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding are consistently maintained.
Working closely with your team, you will create a warm, nurturing, and therapeutic environment that reflects our values and supports the individual needs of every young person. You'll also play an important role in the strategic development and continuous improvement of the service, ensuring the home provides outstanding outcomes and care.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has significant experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Holds (or is working towards) the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Has a proven track record of managing or deputising within a children's residential setting.
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Is passionate about creating a positive, child-centred culture that promotes growth,
