We are recruiting compassionate and motivated Children's Support Workers / Residential Support Workers to join our Ofsted-regulated children's residential home in Tottenham.
This full-time day-shift role is ideal for someone seeking a purpose-driven career in residential childcare, within a supportive, child-centred and values-led environment. You will support young people aged 10-17 with emotional and behavioural needs, helping them feel safe, valued and empowered to reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities
As a Children's Support Worker, you will:
Provide consistent emotional and practical support during daytime shifts
Support structured routines including meals, education, activities and community engagement
Promote independence, confidence and positive decision-making
Act as a Keyworker, supporting young people to set and achieve personal goals
Apply trauma-informed and child-centred approaches to build trust and resilience
Maintain a safe, nurturing and supportive residential environment
Complete accurate, professional records, observations and daily reports
Participate in handovers, staff meetings and reflective practice sessions
Engage fully in ongoing training and professional development
About You
We are looking for individuals who are caring, resilient and committed to high-quality residential childcare.
You will ideally have:
Experience supporting children or young people (residential care, social care, youth work or education)
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards this)
Empathy, patience and emotional resilience
Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills
A good understanding of safeguarding, professional boundaries and child development
A full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
