We are looking for a

reliable, friendly, and organised Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant

to join our busy and growing chiropractic clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care and customer service.

About the Role

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic and help ensure patients receive a positive, efficient, and welcoming experience.

Full

on-the-job training will be provided

, so prior chiropractic experience is not essential. However, an

interest in wellness, health, and patient care is essential

, as you will be working closely with patients and practitioners in a wellness-focused environment.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic and help ensure patients receive a positive, efficient, and welcoming experience.

Duties will include:

Greeting patients and managing reception Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments Handling phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries Managing patient records and data entry Processing payments and handling the till Supporting chiropractors with clinic flow and organisation Maintaining a clean, professional clinic environment

Have previous experience in a customer-facing or healthcare role (preferred but not essential) Be friendly, confident, and professional Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be highly organised with strong attention to detail Be comfortable working in a

Be IT literate and confident using booking systems Be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Working Hours

Part-time position Shifts include

early starts and late finishes

Hours to be agreed (may include evenings or weekends)
