Summary

We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This vital role supports our chiropractors and ensures patients receive exceptional care at our clinic in our community, join us in making a positive impact on our patients' health journeys.

Whilst some experience would be beneficial, full training will be given.

Responsibilities

Assist chiropractors. Taking diagnostic information. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitised and ready. Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories. Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, taking payments and managing patient files. Educate patients about post-treatment care and wellness practices. Responding to emails. Organising & monitoring team members. Helping organise social media. Monitoring of clinic performance. Promotion of chiropractic within the community. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

Exceptional customer service skills. Previous experience in healthcare or chiropractic setting is not necessary but preferred. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach. Ability to lead & work effectively as part of a team. Attention to detail in all aspects of the role. Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or clinic needs.
