7:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:

30,000 - 32,000, depending on experience

Main Purpose of the Role

----------------------------


The Client & Sales Support Executive will work closely with the Client & Sales Support Team to ensure customer expectations are met by efficiently processing sales orders and managing work-flow. This role also involves liaising with Depots and Transport Teams to ensure timely and complete order despatch.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

--------------------------------------

Processing Orders for Sale: + Utilising InspHire to process orders + Sending order confirmations
+ Pre-qualifying delivery with site
+ Providing client updates on delivery dates
+ Raising proforma invoices
+ Processing proforma card payments
+ Collaborating with Mechanical Design for bespoke design sign off
+ Working with marketing for custom livery
First Point of Contact for Purchase Enquiries Addressing General Queries and Questions
