The Client Services Director (CSD) role

The CSD will be accountable for nurturing and developing key client accounts. You will thrive on building successful relationships and developing a deep understanding of the client and their brands so you can collaborate with the Research teams to deliver outstanding project work.

You will deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience that will drive repeat business, referrals, and organic growth.

You will work with the Global Commercial Director to measure account performance against revenue generation, account growth and client satisfaction.

Other activities you will be involved in include:

  • Participate in key account planning.
  • Proactively identify ways to expand BSc\xe2\x80\x99s footprint within, and across existing accounts.
  • Partnering effectively with BD and client delivery teams across the Group.
  • Working collaboratively and flexibly as required, to support growth.
  • Contributing to marketing, thought leadership and other brand-building activity.
Your skills and experience
  • Prior experience in growing account revenue and meeting commercial targets.
  • An expert in developing strong relationships with clients.
  • A self-starter, with a drive to exceed targets and provide clients with an outstanding experience in every interaction.
  • You will have a background in pharma research and knowledge about various therapy areas.
  • Demonstrable experience in primary market research.
  • Experience in delivering integrated Insights and Consultancy services.
