Your Role

As the Club Manager you'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring to lead by example on the gym floor, help drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional member experience. You'll play a key role in motivating the team and supporting strategic improvements across the club.

Key Responsibilities

Club operations and performance Motivate and support the team to achieve targets and deliver best - in - class service Create and execute sales planner to ensure the club hit key KPI's Help drive marketing initiatives and member engagement Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance throughout the club

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a fitness, leisure, or hospitality role Target driven Motivated, Energetic and passion for success Strong people skills with a proactive and positive attitude A passion for health and fitness Excellent communication and organisational abilities First Aid and fitness qualifications (desirable but not essential)
